Phuse are a brilliant jazz/funk/fusion/breakbeat outfit that really have to be heard. Mingus lingers is an album that heavily integrates electronic elements with brilliant performances from some of the best players in Irish jazz today.

The album is basically a tribute to the late Charles Mingus, one of the pillars of modern jazz so I thought it fitting that the artwork do exactly that, amongst all the circuitry and technology a great soul still lives.
